Services

1:1

Before your first session, I’ll send you intake paperwork that can be completed digitally. In your first session, we’ll cover some logistics and get to know each other. During this session, I want to get a full understanding of your needs and how I can help. Each session is 50 minutes, and I recommend we meet once a week to keep up the momentum we see in session. Payment is collected at the end of your session. See the FAQ page for accepted forms of payment.

You’ve been to therapy before, so you know the drill for the most part. That being said, I take an innovative and unique approach to treatment so you get the most out of it. Here’s what you could expect in our work together, if appropriate and as you’re comfortable with it:

Canine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Lennon is a gentle giant Great Pyrenees therapy dog- you’ll see photos of him around my site and social media. He LOVES being a therapy dog and connecting with clients. He will greet you with a wagging tail and hugs, unless he’s napping. That being said, he’s very chill and sleeps a lot of the day and he’s a really big dog. He is with me most days of the week – if you have an allergy to or fear of dogs (I can help you work through the fear if you’d like), please let me know and we can discuss further.

Walk and Talk/Eco-Therapy:
Living in Beautiful Bend, Oregon Has its Perks!

We can take sessions outside as appropriate and weather permitting. Nature has a profound impact on our nervous system and stress levels. As a prior wilderness therapist, I know how to incorporate nature for your benefit.

Movement, Breath-work, and Mindfulness Practices Tailored to You

I have a lot of somatic tools and toys in my office as well that will help you make progress, faster.

Telehealth

During COVID-19, my practice is entirely virtual using a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform. I see clients from all over the world for Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution and clients who reside in California and Oregon for psychotherapy.
